EPF Withdrawal Rule

EPF is not a withdraw at will account. It has fences to ensure your future does not go burnt. This is the rough and dirty summary.

1. Full Withdrawal

You will be able to take 100 percent EPF in case:

You have not worked in 2 months, or

You're retired.

EPF Interest Rate What It Is and How It Works

Most people are puzzled with EPF interest as it seems to be some form of magic but it is plain math with government suits.

1. The present EPF rate of interest.

The interest rate of EPF is 8.25 percent in the financial year 2024-25.

This is announced by the EPFO annually.
