Professional Qualification	Should be a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, Advocate, or any other professional recognized by the GST Council.
Experience	No specific work experience required. However, having experience in taxation or accounting may be beneficial.
Not Disqualified	Should not be disqualified under Section 48 of the CGST Act, 2017
Good Character	Should possess good moral character and not have been convicted of any offense under GST laws.

Step by step Application Process:

Registration on GST Portal:

Visit the GST portal
Click on register now and select new registration
Fill in the required details and complete the OTP verification

Filling Application From GST PCT 01:

Log in to the GST portal using your credentials.
Navigating to servies, registration application for enrolment as GST practitioner
Fill in form GST PCT 01 with necessary details and documentation,
Submit the application

The exam:

The survey is carried out by the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN).
