Works Contractors: Works contractors must keep works contracts accounts separately identified by names and addresses of people on whose behalf the works contract is done with descriptions, values and quantities with regards to goods and services received and used, payment for each contract, and suppliers.

The framework enables the maintenance of electronic records, provided that they are authenticated by a digital signature.
