You alone assume full responsibility for all documents—including invoices, quotations, and bills—generated through Swipe. You represent and warrant that such documents are accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable regulations (e.g., GST in India, IRS in the U.S.).

Swipe disclaims any liability for your documents' legality, accuracy, or enforceability. Invoice Payments & Disputes

Swipe serves solely as a software platform permitting users to create and share invoices. We do not:

  • Act as a party to any transaction or enforce payment obligations;
  • Provide escrow, arbitration, or dispute-resolution services;
  • Verify invoice legitimacy or transaction terms.

Payments are made at the recipient's discretion. Swipe disclaims liability for any non-payment, fraud, delay, or disputes arising from transactions. Such matters must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

Support Communication & Conduct

Our primary mode of communication for customer support is via in-app chat. We encourage users to raise their queries, issues, or requests through chat so that our support team can promptly assess and assist.

While we also offer an email option atsupport@getswipe.in, we recommend chat for faster and more structured resolution.

In some cases, if our support team determines that a phone call would help resolve the issue more effectively, a call may be scheduled at the sole discretion of the support agent or relevant team member. Users are kindly requested not to insist on calls unless explicitly offered as part of the support workflow.

We strive to treat all user concerns with urgency and professionalism. In return, we ask that users communicate respectfully with our team members at all times. We do not tolerate:

  • Use of abusive, profane, or threatening language;
  • Aggressive or hostile behavior;
  • Harassment or discriminatory remarks.
  • Repeated escalation without reasonable cause

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to support channels—or to suspend or terminate services—if a user engages in inappropriate behavior toward our team.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and efficient support environment.
